School & Parental Involvement Program

PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION

At BYPS, we believe in the power of community collaboration, and our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) exemplifies this ethos.

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is a platform that brings together parents, teachers, and school staff to support the education and well-being of students. The primary purpose of a Parent Teacher Association is to foster communication, cooperation, and collaboration between parents and teachers for the benefit of students. It aims to create a positive school environment and enhance the overall educational experience.

PARENT-TEACHER MEETINGS:

Option of Face to Face or Online Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) PTM’s are scheduled sessions where parents and teachers come together to discuss a child's academic progress, behaviour, and overall well-being. These meetings provide an opportunity for open communication, sharing insights, addressing concerns, setting goals, and collaborating on strategies to support the child's learning and development. They are essential for building strong partnerships between home and school, fostering a supportive environment for students, and ensuring a holistic approach to education that meets the individual needs of each child.

ASSEMBLY PRESENTATIONS :

Our school's assembly presentations not only showcase student achievements and talents but also serve as platforms for promoting parental involvement. During these assemblies, parents are invited to witness their childs progress as a confident orator and leader! By actively involving parents in assembly presentations, we foster a sense of community and collaboration between home and school, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement in their child's education journey and growth.
